Are you are interested in buying a southern Minnesota campground?   Eastside Acres Campground might be the perfect property for you.  Located on Round Lake, between Jackson and Worthington, it is only a few miles south of the popular I-90 corridor.  This well cared for campground was started in 1969 and has a strong repeat business.  The guests appreciate the immaculate grounds and the numerous family activities throughout the summer.

Eastside Acres features 26 acres of land, with approximately 2,100 feet of sandy lakeshore.  There are 115 RV sites, with 50-amp service, water, and sewer.  All of the site rentals are seasonal, and there is a waiting list for the sites.  There are 20 cabins on the property in which the owners of the cabins lease the land from Eastside.

The southern Minnesota campground features a lodge that includes an office, recreation area, store, and a large lakeside patio/picnic area.  There is a double garage for storage with an addition that includes a shower house for the RV guests.

Fishing on Round Lake is exceptional.  The lake is approximately 1,200 acres, and has a depth of 8-9 ft.  You can catch walleye fishing, along with northern, silver bass, black crappies, catfish, and bullheads.  There are numerous docks, and a DNR boat landing is located adjacent to the property.

The property includes an owner’s home that has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and a 2-car heated attached garage.  There is a 60×50 shed behind the house with a 2-car heated garage and a workshop with bathroom.  All electric and plumbing at the campground has been recently updated.
